The Design Process

1. DISCOVER

I get to know you and your business – your vision, your goals, and how you want to speak to your audience. We do this through a discovery form and a strategy call. Once the project is accepted, I request a retainer deposit to secure your spot and start the rest of the design process.

2. DEFINE

Competitor and industry research is performed, based on the information gathered in the discover phase. This is a crucial step to ensure the designs will be effective, and to determine how we can differentiate from the competition. Based on this information, I develop a strategy for design.

3. DESIGN

Now the exciting part! I create 2-3 unique designs based on the information gathered in the discover and define phases. I present these to you, mocked up on various realistic media platforms, which will allow you to get a clear vision of each brand concept in use.

4. DELIVER

Once the logo and branding is approved by you, the remaining balance is paid and final files are delivered to you. You now have an amazing new brand!

Note: From this point forward I will recommend that you keep me as a brand manager (overseeing all designs to ensure brand consistency). I offer ongoing brand consulting for free (because I stand behind my work and want to see you succeed), though I will quote on any additional design work.
